Safety meets performance. The Acoem EXO (Fixturlaser EXO) is an intrinsically safe shaft alignment tool built for hazardous environments where standard electronics cannot go.

The system measures the need for horizontal alignment, and its real power is in helping correct misalignment: dual sensors continually read the true position of the shafts even as uncontrolled movements occur during the job. A vertical alignment application covers flange-mounted machinery.

The SoftCheck routine helps control for soft foot conditions and moves directly from soft foot checking into shaft alignment measurement. A feet-lock program lets the user test alternate solutions when the movable machine is base bound or bolt bound. Acoem item number: 100-EXO600.
