The Acoem AT-100 tackles machine misalignment efficiently with a tablet-based horizontal shaft alignment system built for straightforward jobs. Acoem's Horizontal Alignment application uses the GuideU interface to walk the operator through five essential steps, taking the guesswork out of alignment.

After mounting the movable and stationary sensors to the machine shafts, they connect wirelessly to the app over Bluetooth. Set up an alignment by measuring four simple dimensions and selecting the run speed of the machine; results convert to PDF reports on site.

With a 6.5 ft (2 m) measurement distance, line laser, and IP54-rated single-axis digital sensors, the AT-100 is the entry point to Acoem's AT-series. Acoem item number: 100-AT100.
