Cost-effective vibrating-fork point-level switch for fine-grained and powdered solids — flour, cement, sand, plastic pellets, grain. Fork resonates at a known frequency in air; when product touches the fork the frequency drops and the switch trips. No moving parts, no calibration, immune to dust and electrostatic charge. Operates up to 150°C. Best for storage and process vessels where the 2501 paddle is over-spec and the 2521 sensitivity isn't required.

High-sensitivity variant of the 2511 vibrating fork — same proven fork-resonance technology, tuned for extremely low-density bulk media (below 0.3 lb/ft³ / 5 g/L). Catches the fork frequency change even when very light powders or fluffy materials touch it. Best for low-density polymers, fluffy fines, light insulation media, and other powders where the standard 2511 might miss the trigger. Operates up to 150°C. Same process connections, fork extensions, electronics options, and approvals as the 2511.

Vibrating-rod (single-tine) point-level switch for fine grains and powders — alternative to the tuning-fork 2511/2521 for media that bridge between fork tines. The single-rod geometry is harder to bridge, more reliable in clumpy or sticky powders. Operates up to 150°C. SST construction, suitable for hazardous and dusty environments. Best for fine powders prone to bridging, light solids, and any storage vessel where fork-style switches have given trouble.

RF-capacitance point-level switch for low-dielectric solids and extreme-condition installations — measures the capacitance change between probe and silo wall when product covers the probe. Active Shield Technology prevents false trips from material build-up on the probe (the most common failure mode of older capacitance switches). Withstands up to 500°C, high mechanical stress, and high tensile forces. Best for low-dielectric materials (some plastics, oils on solids, low-conductivity powders) and high-temperature applications where vibrating-fork/rod 2511/2521/2535 fall outside their thermal envelope.

Pre-assembled DP flow meter on the 3051C platform — combines a 3051C Coplanar pressure transmitter, a 405C compact conditioning orifice plate, and a 305 manifold in one factory-assembled package. The 3051C platform adds graphical back-lit display option, Bluetooth configuration, multivariable inputs, and broader output protocol support (HART, WirelessHART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus). Available up to 12 in. (300 mm) line size for gas, liquid, and steam service. The midstream / downstream-grade DP flow meter for plants standardized on the 3051C transmitter.

Pre-assembled DP flow meter on the 3051C platform with a 1195 integral orifice primary element — engineered for highly accurate flow measurement in small line sizes (0.5 - 1.5 in. / 15 - 40 mm). Self-centering integral orifice plate eliminates the centering uncertainty of field-installed plates. Best for lab-scale, sample-conditioning, pilot-plant, and small-line process flow where standard 4-in.-and-up DP flow meters are too coarse. Same 3051C platform features as the 3051CFC: HART, Bluetooth, WirelessHART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus.

Cable-deployed wireless submersible level transmitter — slim 0.75-in (20 mm) diameter piezoresistive sensor lowers down a marked cable to the tank/sump bottom and reports hydrostatic head pressure (level) wirelessly via the WirelessHART radio in the surface-mounted 3051S transmitter. SmartPower battery delivers up to 10-year maintenance-free operation; battery replacement does NOT require removing the transmitter from service. Optional LCD on the surface unit shows level + sensor temperature. Best for sumps, water wells, lift stations, condensate collection tanks, and any retrofit application where running conduit to a tank-bottom port is impractical.

Premium hydrostatic level transmitter — leverages the 3051S Scalable pressure-platform with Tuned-System diaphragm-seal capability for both pressurized and vented tank level measurement. Wide pressure envelope (up to 10,000 psi / 689 bar) and process temperature range (-157°F to 770°F / -105°C to 410°C) depending on fill fluid. Supports direct-mount, remote-mount, balanced systems, and Tuned-System assemblies. SIL 2/3 certified. 4-20 mA HART, WirelessHART, or FOUNDATION Fieldbus output. Best for tall tanks with extreme process temperatures, hot/aggressive media, or tank-bottom installations where the 1199 / 1299 diaphragm seals isolate the transmitter electronics from the process.

Pre-assembled DP flow meter on the 3051S Scalable platform with a 485 Annubar averaging pitot primary element — combines the lowest-permanent-pressure-loss flow technology with the highest-accuracy DP transmitter platform Rosemount makes. SIL 2/3 capable with the QS option. Best for high-pressure / large-line / energy-conscious flow measurement on clean liquids, gases, and steam — where the energy savings from low permanent pressure loss pay back the meter cost. Same 3051S platform features: extreme stability, advanced diagnostics, all output protocols.

Pre-assembled DP flow meter on the 3051S Scalable platform with a 405C compact conditioning orifice — drops in between existing flanges for best-in-class flow measurement in gas, liquid, and steam service. Same 3051S electronics platform as the 3051SFA / 3051SFP: extreme stability, SIL 2/3 capability with QS, advanced diagnostics, all output protocols. The compact-orifice variant for general-purpose measurement on lines too large for integral orifice (3051SFP) but where annubar (3051SFA) low-pressure-loss isn't needed.

Pre-assembled DP flow meter on the 3051S Scalable platform with a 1195 integral orifice primary element — multivariable, easy-to-install, engineered for highly accurate flow measurement in small line sizes (0.5 - 1.5 in. / 15 - 40 mm). Self-centering integral orifice eliminates centering uncertainty. Best for lab-scale, sample, and pilot-plant flow on clean fluids where the 3051S premium electronics platform is preferred (over the 3051CFP) for stability, diagnostics, and SIL 2/3 capability.

Standard-grade guided wave radar level transmitter — same probe technology as the 5300 but with a streamlined option matrix and cost-effective pricing for general-process applications. HART 4-20 mA output, single or dual rod / cable probes, all common process connections. The workhorse Rosemount GWR for liquid-storage tanks, bypass chambers, and stilling wells where 5300's premium feature set would be over-spec.

Variant of the 3300 GWR specifically tuned for level AND interface measurement on two-phase liquids (oil/water interfaces, settling tanks, separator vessels). Same probe and electronics platform as the 3300; interface-detection firmware identifies both the upper-product level AND the lower-fluid interface in one signal. Reports both as separate 4-20 mA outputs or HART variables. Best in applications where you previously needed two separate level transmitters (or a displacer + a level transmitter).

Long-range variant of the 3301 — extends interface and level measurement to longer probes (up to 50 m / 164 ft cable) for tall vessels and deep wells. Same level + interface firmware as 3301 but with the cable-probe range advantage. Used in deep settler tanks, oil-water separator vessels, and any application where the 3301's standard range falls short.

WirelessHART-powered GWR level transmitter — same proven probe technology as the 3300 family but with a battery-powered WirelessHART radio in place of the wired 4-20 mA loop. Eliminates cable runs for remote level monitoring on tanks too far from a control room for cost-effective wired installation. 7+ year battery life under typical update rates. Pairs with an Emerson Wireless 1410S Gateway for the WirelessHART network backhaul.

High-frequency 80 GHz FMCW non-contacting radar level transmitter — narrow beam angle (typically 4°) eliminates interference from tank internals (agitators, ladders, heating coils) that confuses lower-frequency radars. Same antenna / process-connection / material variety as the 5408 but with the 80 GHz beam-shape advantage for challenging tank geometries. Both liquid and solids applications, including granular materials and aggregates where lower-frequency 26 GHz struggles.

Standalone electronics module that drives the entire Rosemount gas-ultrasonic line — the 3412 / 3414 / 3415 / 3416 / 3417 / 3418 in-line meters and a retrofit upgrade for older Daniel-branded gas ultrasonic spool pieces. Next-generation processors deliver superior low-flow accuracy and linearity throughout the calibrated flow range. Quick local access to 10 scrolling variables on an optional LED display. True 100Base-T Ethernet connectivity. Smart Meter Verification Basic feature included in current firmware. Operating range -40°C to +85°C; -20°C/-50°C low-temp storage with T-21/T-22 transducers.

4+1 dual-configuration gas ultrasonic flow meter — combines the 3414 SeniorSonic 4-path chordal British Gas design (custody transfer) with a single-path reflective check meter in one body. The 4-path measures custody-grade fiscal flow; the +1 path provides continuous real-time measurement verification and early warning of process drift, contamination, or meter deviations. Same single-spool installation as a 3414. Used wherever you want fiscal accuracy plus built-in self-checking for high-confidence custody transfer.

4+2 dual-configuration gas ultrasonic flow meter — combines a 4-path SeniorSonic chordal British Gas custody meter with a 2-path reflective check meter in one body. The +2 reflective check provides continuous independent verification of custody readings. More robust than the 3415's +1 check (two independent comparison paths instead of one). Best when fiscal-transfer reliability requires more than one redundant check path but the full 4+4 of the 3417 is over-spec.

Fully redundant 4+4 gas ultrasonic flow meter — two complete field-proven 4-path British Gas chordal meters in one body. Both sets are individually OIML R137 1&2 Accuracy Class 0.5 certified, providing matching custody-transfer accuracy from each independent set. Used at high-stakes fiscal transfer points where a single 4-path failure cannot cause loss of custody data — pipeline interconnects, large gas storage transfer, LNG export terminal headers. The most rigorous gas-USM redundancy short of two separate spools.

Eight-path gas ultrasonic flow meter — combines two interlocked 4-path British Gas design meters in one flow meter body. The second set of chords is the mirror image of the first, allowing the meter to mathematically cancel out the effects of swirl and cross-flow. OIML 0.5 Accuracy Class certified for fiscal custody transfer. Requires only five diameters of straight run upstream and no flow conditioner — the lowest installation footprint in fiscal gas measurement. Best for sophisticated fiscal applications: international interconnects, high-pressure pipelines, fiscal export terminals where every fraction of a percent matters.

Process control unit with built-in tank-volume / flow / pump-control / totalization / data-logging wizards — programmed via intuitive on-screen guides without requiring custom PLC logic. Comprehensive control functionality for 4-20 mA or HART-compatible transmitters (e.g., the Rosemount 1208 Level + Flow Transmitter). Tank-volume wizard supports strapping-table-based volume calculation from level. Differential calculations across two transmitter inputs. Common applications: pump start/stop on level set-points, flow totalization for transfer billing, leak-detection differential between supply and discharge. The right choice when full TankMaster + 2460 hub system is over-spec but more than a basic indicator is needed.

Standalone electronics module that drives the entire Rosemount liquid-ultrasonic line — the 3812 / 3814 / 3818 in-line meters and the upgrade path for older Daniel-branded liquid ultrasonic spool pieces. Dual ultra-stable processors generate real-time predictive diagnostics that detect blockages, abnormal flow profiles, and sensor degradation upstream of the meter. HART, Modbus RTU, and Modbus TCP outputs. Used as a replacement for failed electronics in installed meters or as the foundation for a new build of any 3810-series spool. Bracket-mount or integral-mount versions.

Economical two-path liquid ultrasonic flow meter for check metering and allocation — two mid-radius parallel-plane measurement paths minimize uncertainty from disturbed flow profiles. Four transducers measure transit-time difference between upstream and downstream paths. Best for check metering downstream of custody-transfer 3814 / 3818 installations, allocation measurement on multi-product blends, or as a primary meter where 4-path 3814 accuracy is over-spec. No moving parts, full-bore meter, virtually no pressure drop. Pairs with the Rosemount 3810 Series Electronics module.
