3810 Series Electronics for Liquid Ultrasonic Flow Meters
SKU: 3810
Standalone electronics module that drives the entire Rosemount liquid-ultrasonic line — the 3812 / 3814 / 3818 in-line meters and the upgrade path for older Daniel-branded liquid ultrasonic spool pieces. Dual ultra-stable processors generate real-time predictive diagnostics that detect blockages, abnormal flow profiles, and sensor degradation upstream of the meter. HART, Modbus RTU, and Modbus TCP outputs. Used as a replacement for failed electronics in installed meters or as the foundation for a new build of any 3810-series spool. Bracket-mount or integral-mount versions.

3812 Two-Path Liquid Ultrasonic Flow Meter
Economical two-path liquid ultrasonic flow meter for check metering and allocation — two mid-radius parallel-plane measurement paths minimize uncertainty from disturbed flow profiles. Four transducers measure transit-time difference between upstream and downstream paths. Best for check metering downstream of custody-transfer 3814 / 3818 installations, allocation measurement on multi-product blends, or as a primary meter where 4-path 3814 accuracy is over-spec. No moving parts, full-bore meter, virtually no pressure drop. Pairs with the Rosemount 3810 Series Electronics module.

3814 Four-Path Liquid Ultrasonic Flow Meter
Premium four-path liquid ultrasonic flow meter — engineered for custody-transfer accuracy of liquid hydrocarbons per API Chapter 5.8 and OIML R117. Four measurement planes (eight transducers) with parallel-plane geometry minimize measurement uncertainty across the full flow range. Wide rangeability, exceptional linearity, and full-bore zero-pressure-drop design make it the workhorse for refining, pipeline custody transfer, and high-throughput tanker-loading applications. Same 3810 series electronics platform as the 3812 / 3818. SIL 2 capable.

3818 Liquid Ultrasonic Flow Meter (LNG)
Fully redundant dual four-path liquid ultrasonic flow meter for cryogenic LNG custody transfer and dynamic metering — two complete sets of 4-path electronics + transducers in one spool, providing the most rigorous redundancy in the industry for marine LNG transfer. Multi-plane interlocked British Gas meter geometry delivers ±0.15% factory-proven linearity and ±0.027% meter-factor uncertainty. Cryogenic-rated SST body and seals tolerate -162°C LNG. Full-bore design eliminates pressure drop and the risk of LNG flashing. Used in marine custody transfer (loading and unloading), fiscal metering, line balancing, allocation, and check metering on land-based LNG terminals. Same 3810 series electronics platform.
