The Fluke 1587/i400 FC kit pairs the 1587 FC Insulation Multimeter with the i400 AC Current Clamp. The 1587 FC handles insulation tests at 50 V to 1000 V (0.01 MΩ to 2.0 GΩ) plus a full range of true-RMS multimeter functions, with PI/DAR TrendIt graphs, memory storage and temperature compensation through the Fluke Connect Measurements app.
The i400 clamp extends the meter to AC current from 1 A to 400 A with a 1 mA/A output, so readings are taken without breaking the circuit. It is rated CAT III 1000 V / CAT IV 600 V and accepts conductors up to 32 mm in diameter.
Kit contents: 1587 FC Insulation Multimeter with remote probe, test leads, alligator clips, K-type thermocouple and hard case (three-year warranty on the meter), plus the i400 AC Current Clamp (one-year warranty).
