The Eagle system brings your most remote, hard-to-reach and hazardous assets' health to your fingertips without the need for ladders or permits. Wireless triaxial piezoelectric sensors measure vibration and temperature simultaneously for early fault detection.
Gateways reach over 2,000 ft with 100+ sensors per gateway and replaceable batteries lasting up to 5 years. Eagle monitors machines turning as low as 100 rpm and is intrinsically safe, rated Class 1 Div 1 (ATEX Zone 0).
Accurex AI provides immediate, easy-to-understand machine diagnostics, and all data consolidates in NEST i4.0 alongside portable and continuous monitoring sources.
