The Bearing Defender application provides instantaneous feedback on bearing health. It is user-friendly, works on just about any industrial machine, and detects bearing faults quickly and accurately.
The wireless triaxial piezoelectric sensor pairs with iOS and Android devices (and Falcon systems), delivering green, yellow, and red indicators for bearing condition, misalignment, and unbalance, with a live mode for real-time monitoring during greasing. Machinery classification follows ISO 10816-3.
Acoem's entry-level vibration tool, with a limited lifetime warranty and no annual maintenance fees.
