ASM Advanced Signal Multi-Scanner

The ASM is an eight-channel scanner that lets JOFRACAL calibrate a batch of temperature sensors in one run instead of one at a time. On the ASM-801, eight universal screw-terminal inputs take 2, 3 and 4-wire RTDs, thermocouples (with cold-junction measurement on every channel), mA, voltage, resistance and transmitters; the ASM-802 has eight thermocouple plugs instead, and the ASM-803 eight LEMO plugs. Stack three units for 24 sensors; one channel can serve the reference sensor, with accuracy to 0.026°C.

The B version has its own measuring circuit, so it needs no other instrument in the loop; the A version borrows the measuring circuit of a JOFRA dry-block B model, signal calibrator or DTI reference thermometer. JOFRACAL drives the JOFRA dry-block and records the results; JOFRALOG turns the scanner into a 24-channel data logger.
