The CTC-1205 is JOFRA's compact high-temperature dry-block, 100°C to 1205°C. It holds ±2°C on its internal reference and ±2°C with the external STS-TC type N thermocouple reference on the C version, with ±0.1°C stability in a 27 mm well and steel-alloy inserts.
AMETEK built it as the successor to the CTC-1200: it cools 62% faster and weighs 40% less, and it takes the same insert dimensions, so CTC-1200 inserts can be reused. It heats to 1205°C in about 50 minutes and weighs 7.1 kg.
