Model 40 Pneumatic Indicating Controller / Transmitter (Build to Spec)

AMETEK’s Model 40 is a fully pneumatic indicating pressure controller, transmitter, and pilot positioner for control loops in refineries, chemical plants, and other process or hazardous areas where no electrical power is available. Built to specification: control mode (100% / 200% proportional, proportional + reset, 300% PID, or 75% pilot positioner); output (3–15, 3–27, 6–30, or 12–60 PSI); instrument type (controller, control with 2-position bypass, transmitter, or pilot positioner); sensing element (Bourdon tube, metal or slack diaphragm, Barton 199/224 DP cell, or indicating level); element material (bronze, 316 stainless steel, Ni-Span C, or Buna-N); pressure range to 3000 PSI; engineering units; and options such as external set point, air filter regulator, shatterproof glass, vented case, special calibration, and mounting brackets.
