The PS5000 is PowerSight’s flagship handheld power quality analyzer, built for in-depth power quality studies, energy audits, load studies, and harmonic analysis on a full-color graphics display. It captures voltage and current swells, dips, and inrush along with high-speed transients down to 8 microseconds, logs individual harmonics through the 63rd, and connects directly to medium voltage with optional 5 kV or 15 kV probes. The patented SureStart expert system checks your connections before monitoring, and the included PowerSight Manager software turns the collected data into professional reports.
