The Amprobe BAT-250 is designed for one-handed, comfortable, and reliable battery measurements. A contoured case, a shaped slider, and a V-shaped side cradle hold cells securely in place during testing for consistently accurate readings.
Battery failure is one of the most common causes of sensor and instrument failure. The BAT-250 shows the charge remaining in standard and rechargeable batteries on a large, upright analog display — the needle sweeps a color-coded scale to quickly identify good (green), low (yellow), and replace/recharge (red) status. It needs no batteries of its own to operate and tests 9V, AA, AAA, C, D, and 1.5V button-type cells.
