• Pre-engineered solution provides the ability to monitor and control cooling and other processes in the welding cell.
• Integrates IO with features for monitoring and controlling the temperature and flow rate of coolant material to and from the welding station.
• Provides leak detection and coolant cut off to shut down leakage at the welding tip. Included retract unit creates negative vacuum on leak detection to virtually eliminate leakage.
• Built in flow restrictor allows for tuning of the cooling system. Manual shutoff at the station is available via the Water Controller for routine maintenance.
