The Meriam MFC5150 is a handheld HART communicator used to configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot HART-enabled field instruments such as transmitters and valve positioners. It connects directly to the HART loop to read device data, adjust parameters, and verify operation.
The general-purpose MFC5150 ships as a complete kit with a docking station and universal power adapters, HART lead kit, 250-ohm loop resistor, rechargeable battery, USB cable, SD card, soft carrying case, and hand strap. An intrinsically safe MFC5150X version is ATEX-certified and cULus listed for Class I, Division 1, Groups A-D (T4) hazardous locations, rated for -5 °C to +50 °C.
