AMETEK U.S. Gauge flagship 4-1/2 in SOLFRUNT process gauge — a SOLFRUNT PET turret-style case with a seamless, TIG-welded 316L stainless steel Bourdon tube and ±0.5% of span accuracy (ASME B40.100 Grade 2A). Supplied dry or in the EZ-Fill liquid-fillable case (glycerin, silicone, or mineral oil) for vibration and pulsation service, with a micro-adjustable pointer and a 300 Series stainless movement. Ranges from full vacuum to 0–11,600 PSI, ½ or ¼ in NPT lower-mount connection, with optional dampened movement, oxygen service, NIST certification, and NACE compliance. Configure case, connection, range, movement, fill, and options to build your Spec Number.

Case style*

The standard gauge is dry. The EZ-Fill case accepts a field- or factory-added liquid fill to damp vibration and pulsation.

Process connection*

Lower-mount (LM) NPT connection. ¼ in NPT is a no-charge option.

Pressure range*

Single-scale PSI ranges per the price-book table. Dual-scale and single-scale metric dials are available by quote.

Movement*

A dampened movement further reduces pointer flutter under pulsation.

Factory liquid fill

Factory fill is available on the EZ-Fill case only; field filling is also possible.
