GLD3-OFP-Q-ADD is 3 years of Fluke Networks Gold Support for the OptiFiber Pro OFP-Q-Add. Gold is Fluke Networks' comprehensive support and maintenance program: repair of manufacturing defects and accidental damage, one calibration per year at an authorized Fluke service center with a traceable certificate (schedule about six weeks ahead and a loaner unit ships for the duration, in most regions), expedited service and shipping, replacement of damaged accessories, software updates, priority technical support, and loaner equipment during repairs. Sold as a standalone plan or bundled with the instrument.
