Beyond the standard warranty's repair of manufacturing defects, the plan covers accidental damage repair, an annual calibration or performance check with a traceable certificate, replacement of defective accessories that shipped with the tool, expedited next-on-bench calibration and repair with expedited shipping, software updates applied at calibration, and priority technical support. Loaner equipment is a Gold-tier feature and is not part of the Standard plan. Sold as a standalone plan or bundled with the instrument.
