Acoustic imaging just got a much lower cost of entry. Fluke has launched the iSee ii01 Acoustic Camera, a USB-C accessory that turns a modern Android smartphone into a 16-microphone acoustic imager for compressed air and gas leak detection. It is the first product in the new Fluke iSee mobile acoustic imaging line, and it lists at $999.99.
The ii01 covers 2 kHz to 48 kHz with Fluke SoundMap visualization, a one-key 40 kHz Leak Mode tuned for compressed air surveys, and a live dB readout. The IP54-rated module rides in a pocket with a soft case, and setup is plug-and-play: connect to the USB-C port, open the Fluke iSee app, and scan. Fluke backs it with a 2-year warranty.
If your plant runs compressed air at 50 PSI or more, leak surveys are one of the fastest paybacks in maintenance: most facilities lose a meaningful share of compressed air to leaks, and finding them used to mean either an ultrasonic gun on a ladder or a dedicated imager. Putting acoustic imaging on every technician’s phone changes the economics of how often you can survey.
